A: MOQ is 5pcs. If you want to custom your logo: with simple logo, MOQ is 500pcs per model. we can mix colors for you in one
model, usually we don't accept mix model in MOQ.
4. Q: What's the payment way ?
A: Payment by T/T, Paypal. Sample order:100% payment before shipment. Bulk order: 30% deposit and 70% blance payment before
shipment.
5. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Sample order: 1-2 weeks since recieved payment. Bulk order: 4-5 weeks since received payment.
6. Q: Who pay the tax?
A: Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anythig from overseas.You are responsible for knowing the tax law in
your own country. We don't accept any return or refund resulting from you refusing to pay the duties or tax. But we can do is
declaring less value on commercial invoice in order to let you pay less tax.
SHIPPING
Time.shop has been shipping worldwide since 2018 and we ship internationally daily. Most orders are processed and shipped out by 5pm (MST) Monday through Friday on regular business days. Payment/fraud verification is typically instantaneous, but in some instances may take up to 48 hours. Orders placed/received after 12:00pm (MST) will be processed the next business day. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Because customs fees vary by country, we do not collect duties during checkout. If duties are due, your customs agency will let you know when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to your country.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer.
